We’re delighted to announce that Serene Haven has achieved a Silver Standard Award from the National Care Home Association, recognising our innovations in person-centred care and staff development. This award follows our fifth consecutive CQC Outstanding rating and reflects the extraordinary dedication of our 80-strong team.

The judging panel cited our Life Story programme, our family engagement model, and our in-house staff academy as standout contributions to the care sector. We are proud to share best practice with other homes across the country.
